AEON GOLD LLC Return Policy

Returns: Subject to the exceptions, time periods and requirements indicated below, Aeon Gold Store will accept for refund merchandise purchased at AeonGold.com within 30 days of delivery if such merchandise is either (i) defective, or (ii) unused and unopened.  If an item is purchased from another seller or retailer other than Aeon Gold, returns must be made through that retailer.

Return Requirements: In order to be eligible for return and refund, merchandise must be in the original packaging with all supplied components provided with the merchandise (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, cables, software, manuals), and must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. Shipping and processing charges from the original order will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, as determined by Aeon Gold at its sole discretion.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. To receive an RMA number, please contact Aeon Gold via email at support@aeongold.com.

Return Period: To return merchandise for refund, the customer must receive an RMA number within 30  days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order (this date will be verified using the UPS tracking number) and return the merchandise so that it is received by the Aeon Gold Store within 30 days of the date the RMA number was issued. Aeon Gold will not accept any merchandise for return after the return period has expired

Shipping Instructions: The Aeon Gold return address is located on packing slip accompanying the order.  Clearly write the RMA number on the return documentation.  We strongly recommend shipping merchandise via UPS, FedEx or other delivery service that provides tracking information and insurance. The customer is responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit until the merchandise is received by Aeon Gold. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are the customer’s responsibility.  Any merchandise received without a properly displayed RMA number, or that otherwise does not meet the requirements of this policy, are unauthorized returns and will be refused and returned to the sender of origin.

Refunding: Aeon Gold will issue a refund for the cost of the returned product(s) to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 30-60 days after return of merchandise for the credit process and appear on the applicable payment statement.
