Lagio is a versatile lap desk that creates more than just a space for a laptop or tablet, but the perfect mobile desk for at-home work and entertainment.
“The name Lagio comes from the Italian word lavorare (meaning to play), which is exactly what Lagio represents,” said Aeon Gold Founder Troy Goldhammer. “We saw the need to create luxurious and functional products to support our team’s digital lifestyles. We bring diverse backgrounds from a variety of industries and technologies, but share a mutual frustration with the cheap, inelegant design of products we use every day.”
Lagio’s ergonomic design sits comfortably in the lap or propped up on any surface, such as a couch, bed or chair with the integrated legs that tuck neatly away into an internal compartment when not in use. Lagio’s legs can be adjusted to fit the height of a workspace for improved posture and health. The desk itself was designed with a large space for writing or for a laptop, tablet, smartphone and mouse. It also offers space for a removable cup holder and a Post-It™ note tray. The cup holder and Post-It note modules can be removed and replaced with the optional Bluetooth speakers, while other options include an LED light and proprietary comfort webbing. The tightly integrated and functional design, in conjunction with the artful use of natural and man-made materials, truly sets the Lagio apart from the competition.
