Will the Lagio Power Bank rechargeable battery charge in other countries?
Yes, the power cord for the desk has a standard USB plug at the outlet end. If you have the AC adapter plug for the country you are in, it will charge.

What are the adjustable heights of the legs?
The legs will set the Lagio desk top at 3 different heights to fit the needs of your workspace: 1.5”, 7.4” and 11.3”.

What color options are available for Lagio?
Currently, Lagio comes in Black with Black or Cocoa Brown leather work surfaces. Please tell us what color you would like to receive.

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we are actively selling in the US, Canada and Mexico. Please inquire via email for sale in to other countries. Also, please see our special notice regarding import taxes, VAT, duties etc.

If I live outside the United States, will I be charged additional import fees, duties or taxes?
Possibly. Each nation has different regulations in regard to imported goods. We do not prepay or cover any import fees. Please see our special notice regarding duties, fees and taxes.

Do you have a return policy?
If you aren’t satisfied with your Lagio for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we will make it right at no cost to you. Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure safe shipment. However, if damaged in shipment, a claim would need to be made with the shipper. Please contact us here with your request for returns or exchanges.

What are the USB ports for on the back of the desk?
With the Lagio Power Bank installed in the desk, you can power the Lagio LED Lamp or other low draw items with the external USB ports. To power your phone, tablet or other like items, connect directly to the Lagio Power Bank (sold separately).
