How can I order a Lagio?
Currently, we are only taking orders online through our AeonGold.com website.  Stay tuned as we expand into other retailers and locations!

Will the Lagio Power Bank rechargeable battery charge in other countries?
Yes, the power cord for the desk has a standard USB plug at the outlet end. If you have the AC adapter plug for the country you are in, it will charge.

What are the adjustable heights of the legs?
The legs will set the Lagio desk top at 3 different heights to fit the needs of your workspace: 1.5”, 7.4” and 11.3”.

What color options are available for Lagio?
Currently, Lagio comes in Black with Black or Cocoa Brown leather work surfaces. Please tell us what color you would like to receive.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide with some exceptions (message us if you may have doubt as to a particular destination). Also, please see our special notice regarding import taxes, VAT, duties etc.

Is expedited shipping available?
Sorry. Only standard shipping is available at this time, but we will be offering expedited shipping soon.

If I live outside the United States, will I be charged additional import fees, duties or taxes?
Possibly. Each nation has different regulations in regard to imported goods. We do not prepay or cover any import fees. Please see our special notice regarding duties, fees and taxes.

I want to order a large number of Lagios for resale. Can I order wholesale?
We’d love to talk to you and discuss your requirements! Just send us a message with the details and we will get back to you on our discounted pricing for wholesalers and retailers. Please send the message to support@aeongold.com

Do you have a return policy?
If you aren’t satisfied with your Lagio for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund minus the return shipping cost. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, we will make it right at no cost to you. Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure safe shipment. However, if damaged in shipment, a claim would need to be made with the shipper. Please contact us here with your request for returns or exchanges.

Can I get a Lagio now?
Unfortunately, no. As much as we would love to give all our contributors their Lagio now, they won’t be available to ship until October 2019. – Currently Taking Backorders!
